Today was Bike To Work Day and I actually participated this year. (To be honest I just did it for the free T-shirt and lunch.) I haven’t been riding much, OK, I haven’t been riding at all, but the route in to the office is just 7.5 miles and it is pretty easy going so I figured I’d give it a shot. ;-) It was a nice morning for a ride and I got a bit of cloud cover for the afternoon ride home so it was nice too. The last time I rode to work I found $15 on the way home. No such luck today, but what are you going to do? Hopefully the rest of you rode your bikes today too, or took some form of alternative transportation. I’ll have to get in better shape if I want to ride in from our potential new home, but I figure I’ve got a whole year for that!
