Nobody probably noticed, but I’ve started to get some comment SPAM in some of my posts. There have just been a few here and there, so I was just deleting them as I saw them. Today, however, there were a few hundred new SPAM comments so I’ve decided to take some action. Now when you preview your comments you will be presented with a CAPTCHA and you will have to correctly enter the code before your comment will be submitted. I know it is not 100% effective, but it was the quickest thing to get up and running. Hopefully it will help. :-)

With the Old Man Winter giving us a break for a few days we decided to pack up the family and hit the trails. We decided to head out to good old Betasso Preserve because it is pretty close and they allow the dogs out there too.

Finally, after years of waiting, there is a velodrome here in Boulder, and it is indoors to boot! Boulder Indoor Cycling has built a velodrome and it is now open for business. I stopped by their open house event and had a look around. I took a few pictures and captured a little video during an open riding session to share with everyone. I stopped by towards the end of the open house, but there were still plenty of people there checking it out and riding the track so it looked like they had a good turn out.
